- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ cup Oil For frying
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
2. Dip each bread slice into the mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the coated bread slices until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
