  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated taro, flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. 2. Gradually add water to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Scoop spoonfuls of the taro mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Remove fritters from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
