Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm Tofu drained and cubed
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • ¼ cup Peanuts crushed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed tofu, shredded cabbage, and julienned carrots.
  2. 2. Add the crushed peanuts, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, minced garlic, and chili flakes (if using).
  3. 3. Toss everything together until well combined.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
