Ingredients

  • 200 g Tofu Skin soaked and sliced
  • 1 cup Cucumber julienned
  • 1 cup Carrot julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the tofu skin in warm water until soft, then slice into thin strips.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tofu skin, cucumber, and carrot.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
