Tomato and Basil Fried Rice Recipe
A simple and delicious fried rice recipe with fresh tomatoes and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Fresh basil leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring well to combine.
Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
Stir in the chopped basil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
