Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, stirring well to combine.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through.
  6. Stir in the chopped basil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
