Tomato and Chili Relish

Main Ingredients
- 4 large Tomatoes chopped
- 2 medium Red Chilies finely chopped
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Vinegar
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until soft.
Add the chopped tomatoes and red chilies. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the sugar, salt, and vinegar. Stir well and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
