- 4 Tomatoes sliced
- 1 Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Oil
- 1 handful Cilantro chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced tomatoes and onions.
2. Add lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and peanut oil. Mix well.
3. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
