- 1 cup Chickpea flour
- ½ cup Water
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrot, cabbage, onion) finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 cup Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, salt, turmeric powder, and chili powder. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
2. Add the finely chopped mixed vegetables to the batter and mix until well combined.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
