Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Water Spinach washed and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 cup Tomato chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  4. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  6. Add water spinach, salt, and cook until the spinach is tender.
  7. Serve hot with rice or bread.
