Main Ingredients
- 200 g Winged Beans chopped
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
Add the curry powder and sauté for another minute.
Add the chopped winged beans and stir well.
Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
Season with salt to taste and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the beans are tender.
Serve hot with rice or bread.
