Ingredients

  • 2 cups Young tamarind leaves fresh
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash and dry the young tamarind leaves using a salad spinner.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine tamarind leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and chili flakes (if using).
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
