- 2 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, water, sugar, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove doughnuts with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serve warm and enjoy!
