  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Tomato diced
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pound the dried fish in a mortar and pestle until it is finely shredded.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pounded dried fish, fresh herbs, cucumber, and tomato.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and chili flakes (if using).
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
