Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 cup Jaggery grated
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 10 pieces Cashew Nuts optional
- 2 cups Water
1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.
2. In a pot, heat the ghee and add the cashew nuts. Fry until golden brown and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add the soaked rice and water. Cook until the rice is done.
4. Add the grated jaggery and cardamom powder to the cooked rice. Mix well.
5. Garnish with fried cashew nuts and serve hot.
