Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Jasmine Rice
- 2 stalks Lemongrass bruised and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 4 leaves Kaffir Lime Leaves torn into pieces
- 3 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Add the rinsed rice, water, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and salt to the rice cooker.
Turn on the rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Once the rice is cooked, let it sit for 10 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
Remove the lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves before serving.
