Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Squid, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 large Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the curry powder and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the squid rings and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the coconut milk, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice or bread.
