Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrot slices
  • 1 cup Bell pepper strips
  • 1 cup Snap peas
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Add the soy sauce and stir well to combine. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
