Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fermented tea leaves
  • ½ cup Chopped cabbage
  • ½ cup Diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup Fried garlic
  • ¼ cup Roasted peanuts
  • ¼ cup Sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup Dried shrimp optional
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the fermented tea leaves, chopped cabbage, and diced tomatoes.
  2. Add the fried garlic, roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and dried shrimp (if using).
  3. Drizzle with lime juice and fish sauce. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  4. Sprinkle with chili flakes if desired. Serve immediately on a serving plate.
