Young Jackfruit Curry Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Young Jackfruit cut into chunks
- 1 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
- 1 cup Tomato chopped
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
Add curry powder and turmeric powder. Stir well.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Add young jackfruit chunks and stir to coat with the spices.
Pour in coconut milk and add salt to taste. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, until jackfruit is tender.
Serve hot with rice or bread.
